Kristopher (Kris) Albert Free Brookins (39) of Shreveport, Louisiana and Little Rock, Arkansas passed away on July 04, 2020. Kris was preceded in death by his father Rick Brookins and his birth mother Joann Sitaras. He is survived by his mother Marge Brookins; his sister Tamara Johnston and brother-in-law Shelby; and his son Niko. Kris has three half-siblings: Byron and his children Jacinda and John, Zach, and Allie; one nephew Bubba; two nieces Bre’ahna and Brittany; two great nephews Bradley and Grayson; and one great niece Noaella’. Kris also leaves behind several close friends including Kathy Clingfost Coons who was his best friend for 25 years and Frank (Pineapple) Salas, who he stayed in touch with. Kris worked in several different trades throughout his life. He loved working with his hands and worked as an electrician, painter, tattoo artist and body piercer, plumber, cook, and demolition worker.
